Victorian Department of Education confirms Planet Footprint's continued scorekeeping for all Victorian Public Schools

The Victorian Department of Education has confirmed its intention to continue using Planet Footprint to minotor, benchmark and report on the energy performance of all Victorian public schools into 2009-2010. This is a continuation of the service first delivered by Planet Footprint in 2008-2009.

Planet Footprint was originally awarded the contract to provide scorekeeping services to the Department in mid 2008. Since then, Department staff have received high-level scorekeeping reports, data and assistance from Planet Footprint which has enabled them to better manage energy performance issues in individual schools, and across the entire Department. This satisfaction with Planet Footprint has been reflected in the Department's decision to continue to use Planet Footprint as its environmental scorekeeper during 2009-2010.
